Spinal Cord Injury Services
Overview
Persons with spinal cord injuries often require comprehensive services provided by staff experienced in spinal cord injury from the time of their injury throughout their life. WWRC provides state of the art, individualized, comprehensive evaluations and rehabilitation programs to persons with spinal cord injury. Services emphasize therapies that aim to promote functional recovery, self-sufficiency, responsibility for managing personal and physical needs, and vocational preparation. We offer a highly experienced and dedicated staff, up-to-date equipment, and an encouraging environment on a fully accessible campus. Spinal cord injury services are provided by an interdisciplinary team of experienced clinicians, including a physiatrist; nurses; personal care assistants; physical, occupational, and speech therapists; psychologists; vocational evaluators; vocational educators; and case managers.
WWRC offers comprehensive Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, speech evaluations and rehabilitation services with specialty services available to provide the greatest opportunity for neurological and functional recovery.

Spinal Cord Injury Clinic
