The majority of WWRC clients live in either Barnett or Carter-Ashley Halls. Each dormitory suite consists of three or four bedrooms with shared bath. Clients may have a roommate depending upon enrollment at their time of admission. Clients are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their personal living space and have assigned responsibilities for maintaining their shared facilities. Cleaning equipment and supplies are made available in a utility closet in the common area. Wireless Internet access is available in the lobbies of both dormitories.
Clients who require assistance with medical needs or personal daily living skills may reside on Rothrock Hall where they have access to 24/7 nursing assistance. Wireless Internet access is available in each client’s room.
Transitional Living Cottages
Clients who are nearing the end of their vocational training program and are ready to transition back to the community may apply to live in one of WWRC’s five transitional cottages. Cottage living provides those that have never lived on their own experience in maintaining their home, shopping, and cooking their own meals. Space is limited and is on a first come, first served basis for eligible candidates.
